Return and Health Guarantee Policy

At U Rock Dogs, we are committed to the health and well-being of our puppies, as well as the satisfaction of our customers. Our goal is to provide you with a healthy, happy companion who will become a beloved member of your family.

Health Guarantee:
We offer a 1-year health guarantee for genetic conditions, starting from the date you bring your puppy home. If any genetic health issues arise within the first year, we will work with you to find an appropriate solution, which may include offering a replacement puppy (depending on the circumstances) or providing a refund for veterinary expenses. This guarantee covers only genetic conditions and does not apply to injuries or illnesses contracted after the puppy leaves our care.

Return Policy:
We want every puppy to go to a loving home, so if for any reason you are unable to keep your puppy, we ask that you contact us within 30 days of adoption. In the rare event that a return is necessary, we will assist you in rehoming the puppy or accepting the return, provided the puppy is in good health and has not been harmed or neglected.

Please note:

• Non-refundable deposit: A deposit of %25 of total cost to hold a puppy, and this deposit is non-refundable.

• Adoption Fee: If a return is agreed upon, the adoption fee will be refunded (minus the non-refundable deposit) only if the puppy is returned within the first 30 days, and if it is in the same condition as when it was placed in your care.

• Post-30 Days: After the first 30 days, no refunds will be issued. However, we will do our best to help with rehoming the puppy if circumstances change.

Customer Responsibility:
It is the responsibility of the puppy owner to ensure proper care, veterinary visits, and a safe, loving environment for the puppy. We recommend that you schedule a health check with a veterinarian within 72 hours of bringing the puppy home to confirm their health status.

Transportation Agreement

This Transportation Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for the transport of a puppy from [Your Business Name] located in Meadow, Utah, to the buyer’s designated location.

1. Location of Pick-Up
Our breeding facility is located in Meadow, Utah, which is centrally situated in the state. We are happy to accommodate transportation to buyers who are unable to pick up their puppy in person.

2. Delivery Options
We offer meet-up delivery to a location convenient for you. This option includes driving to a mutually agreed-upon location within a reasonable distance from our facility.

3. Transportation Fee
A transportation fee will apply based on the distance and time involved in delivering the puppy. The fee will vary depending on how far from Meadow, Utah, the delivery destination is. This fee must be discussed in advance and agreed upon by both parties. The fee is to be paid in full prior to delivery and is non-refundable.

4. Delivery Coordination
Once the transportation fee has been agreed upon and paid, we will coordinate the best time and place for the delivery. We will make every effort to accommodate your schedule, but please be aware that availability may depend on weather conditions, travel routes, and our schedule.

5. Responsibility During Transport
While we take great care in transporting your puppy, the buyer assumes responsibility for the puppy’s care and well-being once the puppy is handed over during the meet-up. We encourage you to prepare for the puppy’s arrival and ensure that you have all necessary supplies (e.g., a crate, water, etc.) for a safe journey home.

6. Limitations on Delivery Distance
We will discuss and agree on a reasonable range for travel. While we are happy to drive long distances, please note that there may be limitations, and we reserve the right to determine what is a practical distance for delivery. In certain cases, we may suggest alternate options for meeting the puppy if the distance is too far or impractical.
