Health Guarantee

At U Rock Dogs, we are committed to the health and well-being of our puppies, as well as the satisfaction of our customers. Our goal is to provide you with a healthy, happy companion who will be a beloved member of your family for many years to come.

We are so confident in our genetic testing and care that we offer a 1-year health guarantee for genetic conditions, starting from the date you bring your puppy home. If any genetic health issues arise within the first year, we will work with you to find an appropriate solution, which may include offering a replacement puppy (depending on the circumstances) or providing a refund for veterinary expenses. This guarantee covers only genetic conditions and does not apply to injuries or illnesses contracted after the puppy leaves our care.

Return Policy:
We want every puppy to go to a loving home, so if for any reason you are unable to keep your puppy, we ask that you contact us within 30 days of adoption. In the rare event that a return is necessary, we will assist you in rehoming the puppy or accepting the return, provided the puppy is in good health and has not been harmed or neglected.

Please note:

Non-refundable deposit: A deposit of %25 of total cost is required to hold a puppy, and this deposit is non-refundable.
Adoption Fee: If a return is agreed upon, the adoption fee will be refunded (minus the non-refundable deposit) only if the puppy is returned within the first 30 days, and if it is in the same condition as when it was placed in your care.
Post-30 Days: After the first 30 days, no refunds will be issued. However, we will do our best to help with rehoming the puppy if circumstances change.

Customer Responsibility:
It is the responsibility of the puppy owner to ensure proper care, veterinary visits, and a safe, loving environment for the puppy. We recommend that you schedule a health check with a veterinarian within 72 hours of bringing the puppy home to confirm their health status.
